1. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until they are accepted by the live booking system or otherwise confirmed by Stayc Louise. Service duration and final price may vary according to the service selected, consultation and treatment requirements.
2. 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are chargeable at 100% of the booked service price.
3. No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed appointment and have not provided the required notice, the appointment is chargeable at 100% of the booked service price.
4. Deposits and payments
Where a deposit, prepayment or payment authorisation is requested during the booking process, it forms part of the booking arrangements shown at checkout. Any balance, cancellation charge or no-show charge is handled in accordance with the booking terms presented to you and this 48-hour policy.
5. Prices
Website prices outside the live checkout are displayed as From prices unless otherwise stated. The final service price is confirmed during booking, consultation or checkout. Hair pricing may depend on consultation, length, condition, colour history or service requirements.
6. Late arrival
Please arrive on time. A late arrival may reduce the time available for your appointment or, where the service can no longer be completed safely or properly, may need to be treated as a late cancellation.
7. Suitability and refusal of treatment
Services may be changed, postponed or declined where consultation, patch testing, health information, contraindications or professional judgement indicate that proceeding would not be appropriate.
8. Training Academy
Training enquiries do not constitute a confirmed course place. Course dates, content, prices, accreditation or certification details and payment terms will be confirmed before enrolment.
