Hair and aesthetics services are consultation-led. Suitability is assessed before treatment and may take account of treatment goals, medical or medication information, previous procedures, allergies, skin or hair condition and other relevant factors.
Patch testing
Patch testing is required where applicable to the product, treatment, manufacturer guidance or professional assessment. Where a patch test is required, treatment cannot proceed until the appropriate testing interval and checks have been completed.
Age restrictions
Age restrictions apply where required by law, product guidance, insurer requirements or professional standards. Proof of age may be requested where relevant. A service may be refused if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Hair services and colour
Colour and chemical services may require consultation, strand or patch testing, and consideration of previous colour or chemical history. The safest suitable service plan may differ from the initial service requested.
Aftercare
Follow any personalised aftercare instructions provided. If you have an unexpected reaction or concern after a treatment, contact Stayc Louise promptly. Urgent or severe symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate medical professional or emergency service.
Photography and portfolio use
Client photographs are not used for marketing or portfolio purposes solely because a booking was made. Any separate consent required for identifiable marketing imagery should be obtained before use.
